CraftCode Creators (craftcodecreators.com) builds websites and does Google Maps and local SEO work for home-service companies in Doha, Qatar. This page explains what information we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a free Google Maps check, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name and company name
- The service your company offers
- Your email address and WhatsApp number
- That you agreed to be contacted about your check
The form also records the date and the IP address the request came from, to help us stop spam.
Why we use it
Only to prepare your free check, send it to you by email or WhatsApp, and follow up about it. We use it because you gave your consent when you sent the form, as required by Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
Where it is stored
- In this website’s database, on our hosting provider’s servers (Namecheap)
- In our email inbox, when the website notifies us of a new request
Visits to this website pass through Cloudflare, which protects the site from attacks. Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep what we need to work together for as long as we work together.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) in your browser and does not log or store IP addresses. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Cloudflare may also set a small security cookie to tell real visitors from bots.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Send your request to hello@craftcodecreators.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
